Role Overview
Internal Revenue Operations
- Lead the alignment of sales, marketing, and customer success teams to create a synchronized revenue-driving machine
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies in collaboration with the executive team
- Optimize sales and marketing processes, driving efficiency through automation and technology
- Ensure data integrity across systems to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze market trends and customer behaviors to inform the evolution of our service offerings
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue operations and report on progress to leadership
Client Strategy Development
- Develop comprehensive RevOps frameworks and ABM strategies that our client teams can implement
- Guide the creation of targeted ABM campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline, and bookings for clients' key accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality revenue operations guidance to clients
- Design scalable processes that enable clients to maximize the effectiveness of their go-to-market efforts
- Create systems for tracking and measuring the impact of revenue operations and ABM initiatives
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a team of revenue operations specialists as the company grows
- Mentor team members on revenue operations best practices and ABM strategies
- Foster cross-departmental cooperation between sales, marketing, and customer success teams
- Collaborate with regional marketing and client service teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations with a focus on B2B companies
- Demonstrated success in implementing and managing ABM programs that drive measurable results
- Proven track record of aligning sales, marketing, and customer success functions to achieve revenue goals
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales technology stacks, including CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to extract actionable insights to inform strategy
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with clients
- Background in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in or with a marketing agency serving B2B clients
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and content marketing strategies
- Knowledge of current ABM tools, technologies, and trends
- Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and decision-making processes
- Prior experience in optimizing revenue tech stacks and processes
